The caller with an Asian Indian accent, who's actually calling from the scamming center, claims to be working from Microsoft under the organization, Windows Technical Support. Do not listen to him or cave in to his persuasion attempts.
A guy named "Mike" called and said he was a Windows Tech and that there were problems with my computer and Windows would crash in two days and he would help me fix it. I told him if I had any problems with it I'd call him. Got the phone miners, googled it and here we all are. It's a scam. Glad I didn't fall for it.
Claims to be from Microsoft. Claims .ZFSendToTarget=CLSID<888DCA60-FC0A-11CF-8F0F-11CF-8F0F-00C04FD7D062> is my computer id. It's not - it's the file association for Microsoft Compression files. It's a scam. They will claim you need a warranty upgrade. Here's a link to an explanantion:
