Not a scam, just Comcast checking up on your "recent experience" with them.
I didn't answer, but I don't have Comcast and have never had any dealings with them.

I missed a call from this number as well, I called it back and it was an automatic recording from Comcast saying they just wanted feedback on a recent interaction but there was no need to contact them any further. It also said that my information was available online then it hung up. I don't have Comcast, I have Cox.
That's what it is. Comcast calling to rate their recent transaction with you.

When I returned the call, I was greeted by an automated recording identifying the company as Comcast and stating that the call I had received was a survey in reference to a recent interaction with Comcast.
Other sites report this as Comcast Survey center. Did you start or end service with them recently?
