You can add your numbers (landline and/or mobile) to the Telephone Preference Service and have all nuisance calls blocked!
Received a call from this number. Called them back. They knew my name from my number. Asked me some general comments about my finances - how many credit cards I have, what I owe, how long i've had them, also asked about my overdraft and car finance. Didn't ask for any personal information. After the basic questions told me I wouldn't be eligible to claim anything back and said he'd remoe my name from their database. Quite confused to be honest.
Glad I ignored this number and went back y
To sleep. Disturbinge when im sick is bad enough but if I had answered would not have been amused.
Had a missed call from them so called back to see who it was, as soon as I said I've never had PPI or paid interest on a credit card the guy started shouting at me telling me
I was lying & that I had opted in to receive their calls.
Getting constant calls from these tw@ts... have saved their number and many others in phone so don't get caught picking up... very irritating...
Got my first call from this number today, no one spoke. Hope this isn't going to become a pain
Pretty impressive spiel, but just not convincing enough. So far. They said they'd call back - might see what their response is when I ask them about this page. 6/10.
Love your idea Steve, lets all do it. But are people that gullable?. I ve never ever had a ppi - so never understand why they can claim back anything.
Just had another call from these scammers, I'm getting about 2 a week so now I don't answer them. It is a real nuisance to have to avoid calls, they need to be stopped!
Hard sell tactic and when i told then I've claimed all the PPI myself without paying 30% to a bunch of sharks the Coke'd up prick on the phone started shouting at me!!!!
What a lovely company ethos they must have..
